TNII services are available to any state agency, local government, institution of higher education, K - 12, or library.
End Site Managed 384K or T1, Through OC3
TNII provides a fully managed, end-to-end network for all Association members of TNII and provides the following:
- End site circuit
- Cisco equipment dependant on circuit size
- Internet access
- Managed firewall security for Internet egress
- Connection to all other sites on the TNII network
- Managed H.323 video services
- Proactive network monitoring
- Industry leading service level agreements
Managed H.323 Video
TNII provides a fully managed H.323 video network for all Association members.
This video network provides low cost, multiple point video bridges as well as no cost point-to-point for members on the TNII network.
TNII also has guest ports for members to bridge with video users outside of the TNII community.
TNII also provides easy-to-use video conference scheduling software to schedule a call 24 hours a day.

TNII also provides a video conference support group to proactively manage all calls from start to finish.
Point-to-Point Data Circuits
For those members who need unmanaged data connectivity, TNII also provides a low cost point-to-point data service.
This service provides either a T1 or a DS3 at a low cost to support the connection between your service locations.
Remote Access
TNII provides a low cost dial-up service for the Association members to remotely connect to resources on the TNII network.
This service can be used throughout Tennessee with a single access number.
Primary Rate ISDN Service
The TNII Association provides its members low cost PRI service for many locations throughout Tennessee.
This service is only available in certain areas.
Direct Internet Access
For those members who are looking for Internet access only, the TNII Association is meeting those needs. Members can order
Internet service from T1 to 100mbps. Please call and verify availability in your area.
